Congress Park Capital is committed to a transparent investment philosophy.
We believe our approach is different than the majority of Financial Advisors because we do not outsource our investment decisions to other investment managers through Mutual Funds or other alternative investments. This results in lower fees for our clients and transparent portfolios. We are very much aligned with the fundamental principles of investing espoused by Warren Buffett and Benjamin Graham. Berkshire Hathaway’s value oriented approach is a driving force behind our philosophy in analyzing investments for our clients.
We believe in constructing individualized portfolios of specific equities and bonds to reduce client fees and have the clearest understanding of what we own. In a financial crisis we are prepared to react to panic by understanding each individual security in our portfolio and adding or holding to our well researched positions. We believe it is in our clients’ best interest for us to be “greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy” (Warren Buffett)
